What has your company done in the past year to remain a top performer in your sector, and top of mind among your customers?
Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) has worked closely with the public and private sector at all levels, from policy to practice, under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) concept to promote and develop Thailand as a quality MICE destination in all aspects. We want to ensure business events in Thailand are successful and business travellers are fulfilled in both business and pleasure.
What motivates you and your team to excel in all that you do?Our team is full of energetic and dynamic professionals who share the common TCEB value of being a growth driver of the Thailand MICE industry. We all believe the MICE industry is truly beneficial to our society as an economic and social development tool. By holding these common core values of initiative, strategic leadership, trustworthy expertise and ambition, we will be able to excel in whatever we do.
What advice would you give to the next generation of tourism professionals who desire success in this trade?
To be successful in any field, you need to have the right attitude and passion. You also need to be able to envision how MICE benefits society as well as your own personal advancement. You need to continually develop your skills and capabilities as well as be adaptable to this fast changing and competitive environment.
