What has your company done in the past year to remain a top performer in your sector, and top of mind among your customers?

Over the past year, we continued to grow our network with the addition of Cairns in May 2015 and Male in October 2015. In the coming months, we will offer our customers more destination options to choose from, when we launch to Luang Prabang and Vientiane in Laos on October 31 and Fuzhou, China on November 21 this year. In terms of inflight offerings, we have launched a new ‘All-Time Favourites’ menu specially for our Business Class customers, which comprise a specially curated selection of 20 meal options across Asian, Western and Singaporean cuisines, for them to choose from.

What motivates you and your team to excel in all that you do?

We would not be where we are today without the strong support of our customers and this is the major driving force for our team – to try to do our best to serve our customers and exceed their expectations.

What advice would you give to the next generation of tourism professionals who desire success in this trade?

Be nimble, humble and always on the lookout for ways to do better and change the game, with good customer service at the heart of it all.
