TTG Travel Hall of Fame 2016 Regal Airport Hotel

Regal Airport Hotel

What has your company done in the past year to remain a top performer in your sector, and top of mind among your customers?

We would like to sincerely thank the travel experts who placed their trust in us. We have continued to develop and upgrade our services. For example, we personalise products to enhance convenience for our guests and installed a built-in, high-definition LED wall measuring nine metres wide and four metres high at the grand ballroom to provide a stunning visual experience for events or meetings!

What motivates you and your team to excel in all that you do?

We engage the hotel team with great understanding of what five-star service really is, and believe in ongoing passion in training and development.

What advice would you give to the next generation of tourism professionals who desire success in this trade?

I suggest they keep up the spirit to learn, the flexibility to adapt to changes and various cultures and most of all, to have fun! If it’s not fun, it’s not worth it! It is important to understand your guests who come from various backgrounds. Tourism professionals need to be flexible enough to adapt, to be courteous to guests and fulfil their needs.
