What motivates you, even though the business is competitive? 
Lotte Tour is the best travel agency in South Korea, having the know-how for 41 years since 1971. Our guest’s faith and their happiness are important to us. All our staff strive to be professional trip advisors, and we constantly innovate with new products. For example, we popularised cruise tours and attracted foreign guests to South Korea.  

Why are travel agencies a valuable distribution channel for suppliers?
Travel agencies provide and sell travel products that travellers need. Travellers want to get advice and comprehensive information from an experienced person, and travel agencies offer information on airlines, hotels and tourism attractions. To conclude, travel agencies are like a bridge that connects suppliers and travellers.  

What does this award mean to you and who would you like to share it with? 
I would like to attribute this honourable award to all who work for Lotte Tour and travel with Lotte Tour. We would not have received a prize without their help. 
The Hall of Fame means a lot to us. It also inspires us to be a good example to others. We will try our best to retain your confidence in us as the best tour agency by having good service and unceasing efforts.
